Second training workshop on “Development of Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for KP was organized by PEPRI in collaboration with IFPRI, Islamabad on February 03-04, 2020 in Serena Business Complex, Islamabad. The training aimed to learn the technical skills to build the SAM model for KP economy based on actual economic data. It is important to highlight that this would be the first time to construct a SAM for KP economy. This will enable the policy makers to understand the complex socio-economic issues and to take research based informed economic decision in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
