Call for Papers

Greetings from the Journal of Applied Economics and Business Studies (HEC Y-category recognized).  The JAEBS encourages submission on a continuing basis which shall be placed in the appropriate issue as the reviewing, editing and proofreading completes in due time. We aim to provide a forum for the researchers in broad areas of economics, business and tourism to publish their high-quality research in our journal. It especially promotes and encourages publishing of quality research carried out on issues relating to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.    

The JAEBS is quarterly published. It is an open access peer reviewed journal. As per the journal's review policy, all the papers are reviewed by the editorial board members for technical merit and suitability to the journal scope. Desk review is completed within the two weeks of submission. After the desk review, all the suitable articles are given full consideration and both local and foreign reviews done in a timely manner.   Articles submitted to JAEBS should not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication in any other journals. Each paper should be preferably concise but still detailed enough to provide the background of the research problem, the techniques employed, results and its discussions, conclusion and policy implications. Currently, there are no submission, processing or publication fees.
